Job Description:

 

  • We are seeking a skilled and friendly customer support associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process claims and resolve any related issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Escalate complex issues to senior agents or supervisors when necessary

 

Requirements:

 

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures
