Sales Business Developer
Drive business growth by generating new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and supporting a rapidly expanding sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and research potential clients through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Qualification: Conduct needs assessments to determine lead suitability and align opportunities with business objectives.
- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers including oncologists, surgeons, clinic administrators, ASC leaders, and hospital executives.
- Account Management: Develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate value propositions. Maintain accurate lead data and client interactions in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide sales insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education & Experience: MBA or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience.
- Previous experience in cold calling customers is required, preferably clinics or doctors.
- Health IT Experience: Prior experience in Health IT sales is mandatory.
- Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are essential for working with US-based clients.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads with a consultative approach.
