Job Description

As a seasoned recruitment expert, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and qualifying top candidates for our embedded teams and client partners. You will utilize cutting-edge search techniques, strategic sourcing methods, and deep candidate engagement skills to build high-quality shortlists and deliver against hiring Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires someone who thrives on results and excels at connecting people with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft innovative sourcing strategies that combine technology and creativity to attract top talent across diverse platforms and channels.
  • Develop compelling job ads that capture the essence of each role and employer brand, sparking genuine candidate interest.
  • Proactively hunt down hidden gems – engaging passive candidates through targeted, multi-channel outreach.
  • Deeply understand each brief to ensure every search is tailored, focused, and aligned with what great looks like.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recruitment Know-How: You have already cut your teeth in the world of recruitment, whether in an agency, in-house, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) setting, and understand how to deliver in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Sourcing Superpower: You know how to find top-tier talent for even the toughest roles and love the thrill of the search.
  • Tech-Savvy Sleuth: Whether it's Boolean strings or niche platforms, you are confident navigating sourcing tools and online search to uncover hidden gems.
