Key Role: Test Manager

Job Summary:

  • Lead test campaigns for clients across various phases, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans to manage End of Period tests (quarterly and yearly), guaranteeing successful outcomes.
  • Oversee test environments, including environment refresh, software installation, and thorough assessments to ensure readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the release process for changes to products, coordinating with development and release management teams.
  • Coordinate and plan test campaigns for monthly client releases and hot fixes, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensure test environment availability for client UAT, guaranteeing a smooth user experience.
  • Distribute test results to stakeholders and management, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage client acceptance environment usage plans across projects, ensuring alignment and efficient resource allocation.
  • Orchestrate bug fix installations with development and release management teams, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Perform compliance/audit key controls, maintaining regulatory adherence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Manage defects and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Optimize testing tools and statistics, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of test concepts and methodologies, allowing informed decision-making.
  • Experience in the banking and/or finance industry, leveraging domain expertise.
  • At least 3 years of experience, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Jira, facilitating efficient tool usage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving competences, driving innovative solutions.
  • Structured and rigorous approach, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team player and strong client-orientation, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment, adapting to change.
