Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic and technical initiatives across local and regional business units. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will drive project execution and stakeholder alignment, contributing directly to our mission of delivering impactful, scalable solutions.

The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in business systems analysis and project management, enabling them to influence outcomes and shape organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of business analysts and provide support and coaching as necessary in project deployment.
  • Execute technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders, developing analysis to support process and project improvements.
  • Work with clients to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation of projects.
  • Provide effective and regular communication within the project team, direct reports, leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Assess and manage risks that impede successful project delivery.
  • Improve existing delivery methods and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Communicate clearly to all stakeholders involved.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience as a business analyst or consultant in information technology, financial services, or middle and back office operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Visio and Project.
  • Experience in agile methodology is an advantage.
  • Able to work in different shift schedules.

  • Quick adaptation skills with proven experience learning new products, technologies, and tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of analysis, including information gathering, requirements writing, and UAT testing.
  • Ability to identify and pursue continuous improvements.
  • Excellent negotiating skills and ability to manage inter-departmental work relationships.
  • Strong influencing skills with ability to make sound recommendations.
  • Previous experience in the financial services, wealth management, or insurance industry.
