Job Role:

The Implementation Specialist position requires a strong combination of technical skills, business acumen and excellent communication abilities to ensure successful setup and onboarding of our Real Estate Accounting & Recruiting tools for brokerages.

This role involves guiding clients through the configuration and training process, ensuring their commission splits, recruiting integrations and back-office processes are correctly set up and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client onboarding sessions via Zoom calls, providing comprehensive guidance on backoffice tool setup.
  • Configure and train clients on agent commissions & split structures, recruiting tool integrations, automation and reporting features.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate unique cases when necessary.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to verify setup, confirm accuracy and resolve questions.
Training Path:
  • Days 1–30: Focus on the recruiting tool, understanding its functionality, use cases and troubleshooting basics.
  • Days 30–60: Transition into the Backoffice Accounting tool, learning its capabilities, applications and troubleshooting fundamentals.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks software.
  • Background in real estate accounting or experience in a similar field.
