About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Shangri-La Group as a Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales revenue growth through the development and implementation of annual sales plans.
  • Pursue new business opportunities within the Corporate, MICE, and Tour Operator segments.
  • Collaborate with the DOSM to create and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales statistics and reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing at a supervisory level.
  • A degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and organizational abilities.
  • A strong background in sales, particularly in MICE.
  • Experience working with an international hotel chain, preferably 5-star.
  • Additional experience in wholesale would be advantageous.
