Key Maintenance Leadership Position

This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring the upkeep of facilities, laboratories, and equipment. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of effective preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to guarantee operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Strategy Development – Create and implement strategic plans to minimize downtime, ensure efficient equipment operation, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Team Management – Lead the maintenance team by enforcing policies, promoting accountability, and driving continuous improvement through regular assessments and goal setting.
  • Spare Parts Inventory Management – Effectively manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability of critical components and minimize waste.
  • Equipment Performance Tracking – Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, breakdowns, and maintenance activities to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Staff Development and Training – Develop training plans, coach staff, and promote multi-skilling to enhance capabilities and improve job satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration – Foster open communication among team members, departments, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience – Proven track record in maintenance, repair, and fabrication jobs, preferably in manufacturing or laboratory settings.
  • Technical Skills – Strong troubleshooting, repair analysis, and fault-finding skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.
  • Soft Skills – Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and time management skills, along with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
