Job Description

As a warranty claims manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and manage vehicle warranty claims from start to finish. In this position, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to resolve warranty-related issues efficiently.

Your primary goal will be to investigate each claim thoroughly, review job history, technician notes, photos, and customer-provided documentation to make informed decisions about approvals or denials.

You will work closely with our technicians to coordinate inspections, repairs, and follow-ups on warranty cases, ensuring that all interactions and outcomes are accurately documented in our CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' direct experience handling vehicle warranty claims in the automotive service industry is required.
  • Experience in the auto glass industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in adjudicating warranty claims, reviewing supporting evidence, and communicating clear decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to interact confidently with customers and technicians.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance customer satisfaction with company policies.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software and remote communication tools.
