Access HealthCare is seeking AR Claims/Health Insurance Claims professionals to join our pioneering team

Job Description:

Manage self-pay accounts by reaching out to patients via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding balances.

Flexibility to work night shifts in an office-based setting.

Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with patients.

Process patient payments accurately and promptly.

Ensure all payments are properly recorded in the system.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns about their accounts.

Assist patients in understanding their bills and available payment options.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations related to patient collections.

Uphold patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.

Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and performance metrics.

Requirements:

1 year of international experience in Health Insurance Claims, Medical Billing, or a related field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in collections software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Able to work onsite at McKinley, Taguig.

Willing to work permanent night shifts.

Available to start ASAP.
