Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an Auto Finance Professional to deliver direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions

You'll structure loans, pitch optional coverages, and manage loan processing through different steps to ensure funding. Duties include preparing loans for contracting, calling borrowers to review documents, and ensuring all documents are signed and tracked.

Key Skills:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand needs and provide tailored auto finance and refinance options
  • Loan Processing: Facilitate loan application process from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation and submission
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of our products to effectively offer and explain additional options to customers
  • Sales Acumen: Develop skills to effectively present benefits of loan options and sell additional products

We're looking for dynamic individuals who thrive in energetic environments and possess a knack for engaging interactions. While experience in sales is advantageous, versatility and adaptability shine in this role.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, associates or bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Fluency in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Math Skills: Basic computation skills
  • High Level of Organization: Manage time, energy, and workspace well to accomplish assigned tasks successfully
  • Analytical: Detail-oriented with ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently
  • Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
  • Technical: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams, intermediate Excel ability
