Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy of bonus and commission programs, supporting monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations, and providing reporting, analysis, and strategic insights to drive continuous improvement.

You will lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook, oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, and prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files. Additionally, you will maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, address complex commission and bonus inquiries, and collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Create complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Engage and communicate confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
