Job Summary

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing insightful financial analysis and guidance to management. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges impacting the business.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and forecasting.
    • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
  • Accounting and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
    • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with internal audit to ensure robust control environments.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve strategic objectives.
    • Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other financial software applications.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
