This role will review and manage revenue recording processes for self-service transactions: reconcile self-service revenue in month-end close, monitor and reply to customer requests on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include maintaining key systems integrations between Stripe, NetSuite, Salesforce, Avalara, Hex, etc., validating integrated data is complete and accurate before month-end close starts, performing reconciliations of revenue accounts in month-end close, owning activities related to sales tax including reconciliation of payments, accrual JE posting, and reviewing returns as part of month-end close.

Key skills for this role include proficiency in financial accounting principles, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience with financial systems and tools.
