As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key part in helping us make informed decisions by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including management dashboards and ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as database and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Client-facing experience.
  • Knowledgeable about US and PH accounting principles and standards.
  • Previous working experience as an offshore staff is highly advantageous.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Being a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus but not required.
