  • Sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, and services for engineering projects

This role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, evaluating supplier capabilities, negotiating contracts, collaborating with engineering teams, coordinating vendor deliveries, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining procurement records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
  • At least 3 years' experience in procurement (manufacturing or corporate setting)
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish vendor relationships
  • Understanding of engineering specifications and technical requirements
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
