Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Wholesale Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team at KDCI Outsourcing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving chargeback disputes for e-commerce transactions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Resolve chargeback disputes with precision and accuracy for e-commerce transactions.
2. Process and manage orders for wholesale and retail accounts.
3. Utilize Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce retailer portals to handle disputes and transactions.
4. Maintain detailed records of chargeback cases, claims, and resolutions.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of disputes.

Requirements
1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, with strong data entry skills (10-key by touch).
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
5. Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with the capacity to maintain comprehensive records.
6. Proven experience with e-commerce chargeback disputes and claims management.
7. Demonstrated expertise in handling order processing for wholesale and retail accounts.
8. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (mandatory).
9. Familiarity with various e-commerce retailer portals.
