Job Title: Project Coordinator

As a seasoned project coordinator, you will elevate clients' online presence by coordinating and executing strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams.
  • Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines.
  • Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Ecommerce Expertise: Extensive experience managing ecommerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations.
  • Organized Planner: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Tools: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms.
