Job Summary:

A Quantitative Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in international online market research focused on healthcare, survey recruitment, and team collaboration.

  • Manage quantitative market research projects through entire project life cycle including client management, partner coordination, healthcare professional sample acquisition, and consumer sample preparation.
  • Collaborate with teams to set up and test survey links, prepare samples, conduct quality checks, manage respondent inquiries, and honorarium distribution.
  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Leverage relationships with vendors to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection, providing regular updates and progress reports on project status.
  • Optimize study profitability by monitoring and accounting for project costs affecting the budget.
  • Partner with sales and operations staff to address issues and improve performance on research studies.
  • Support international teams independently.

  • Self-motivated individual with excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly solve problems as they present and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, profit, etc.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and ability to learn new technologies/software quickly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
