Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented ecommerce operations specialist to manage and enhance our online catalog of parts and diagrams. The ideal candidate will ensure our website remains accurate, organized, and user-friendly for customers searching for the right parts by model, series, or brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze product information books and manuals to structure data accurately.
  • Add and update products into the system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Create and manage model-specific pages and link parts accurately to interactive diagrams.
  • Categorize products by brand, series, product type, and subcategories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand structures and technical documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in ecommerce product management, content management, or catalog maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and categorization skills.
  • Proficiency in working with product databases, diagrams, and online catalogs.
  • Familiarity with B2B or hardware-related industries is a plus.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a fast learner, and genuinely interested in understanding the door hardware industry. They will also be focused, analytical, and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
