Job Title: eCommerce Project Manager

Seeking a skilled professional to lead eCommerce projects for a premier growth marketing firm.

The ideal candidate will coordinate and execute strategies that elevate clients' online presence. Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including design, development, and digital marketing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their eCommerce needs and document requirements
  • Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
  • Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
  • Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards

About You:

  • eCommerce Expert : Extensive experience managing eCommerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations
  • Organized Planner : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Proficient in Tools : Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms
  • Client-Centric Professional : Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Problem Solver : Ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track
