As a seasoned eCommerce professional, you will oversee the execution of strategic initiatives that drive clients' online presence forward. In this pivotal role, your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive eCommerce solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Client Liaison: Foster relationships with clients to identify their eCommerce goals and requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Project Organizer: Develop and manage detailed project timelines, outlining tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables for cross-functional teams.
  • Task Translator: Interpret client expectations and translate them into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams.
  • Timeline Manager: Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Proactive Communicator: Regularly engage with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure seamless project progression.
  • Quality Assurance Inspector: Monitor project outcomes to guarantee alignment with client expectations and uphold exceptional quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • eCommerce Expertise: Proven experience managing eCommerce projects, coupled with a deep understanding of online retail operations.
  • Organizational Planning: Strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple projects, deadlines, and team members.
  • Proficient in Tools: Proficiency in utilizing Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms.
  • Client-Centric Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Capacity to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
