Role Summary

  • We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to oversee our financial operations as a Finance Manager. This role is critical for maintaining financial health, optimizing resources, and supporting business growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop annual budgets and forecasts, creating financial models to support business decisions and initiatives.
  • Perform profitability analysis by product line and segment, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting principles, overseeing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Manage cash flow to ensure operational liquidity, banking relationships, and financing arrangements.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders, developing KPI dashboards to track financial performance.
  • Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives, reviewing departmental expenditures and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax requirements, coordinating with external auditors for annual financial audits.
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, managing internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management roles, with strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
