Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Manager to lead the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions, and have a strong understanding of licensing and software quoting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and technical support.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and renewal processes.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective renewals by proactively managing and growing customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Customer Success Manager or Helpdesk Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms.
