
Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Manager to lead the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions, and have a strong understanding of licensing and software quoting.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and technical support.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and renewal processes.
- Identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective renewals by proactively managing and growing customer relationships.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Customer Success Manager or Helpdesk Manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
- Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms.
