Remote E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Specialist to join our team on a remote basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who wants to work in the e-commerce industry, managing online stores and providing excellent customer service.

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, as well as improving customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, including writing detailed descriptions and optimizing images.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts.
  • Process orders efficiently, ensuring prompt shipping and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, or related industries.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
