Remote Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with booking, cancellation and change processes, resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
- Interact with suppliers worldwide to meet customer needs and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service protocols and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and external information portal (FAQs, product information).
- Identify opportunities for product and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction and reduce support requests.
- Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible working hours with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with computer software (Gmail, Google Docs etc.) and online support software.
- Strong English proficiency; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
