About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Professional to handle customer inquiries, process refunds, and manage shipments.

This role involves handling inbound customer calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Process refunds for online orders accurately and promptly
  • Generate and manage shipping labels for outgoing packages
  • Respond to customer phone calls with professionalism and clarity
  • Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures
Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Preferred Qualifications
