We are seeking a highly skilled customer support specialist to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via live chats and emails.

- Foster communication between developers and other departments within IT companies.
- Requirements:
- Fluency in English (B2 level) and proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support roles.
- Experience with live chats, emails, and CRM systems.
- A background or professional experience in the crypto industry is desired.
- Analytical and research skills are essential.
- A positive attitude and responsible demeanor are required.
- A personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection is necessary.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk.
