Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to handle customer support calls and emails. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, skilled in written communication, and comfortable working with technical troubleshooting documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Use software tools to manage customer interactions and update relevant documentation
  • Follow troubleshooting guides to resolve issues or escalate when required
  • Actively listen to customer issues and provide clear, empathetic solutions
  • Assist in writing and updating troubleshooting documentation
  • Provide basic guidance related to cars and car parts (training provided)
Requirements
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a tech troubleshooting environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with software tools used for customer support (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Some knowledge of cars and car parts (does not need to be a mechanic, but must be trainable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured guides
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Availability to work part-time: 4–5 hours per day, 5 days a week (flexible shifts)
