Performance Marketing Professional

The successful candidate will support the development and execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, driving growth through data-driven strategies and creative collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Launch, monitor, and maintain campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms.
  • Perform daily account checks to ensure campaign performance meets objectives.
  • Optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting under direction and with clear guidance.
  • Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, headlines, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to brainstorm and provide feedback on ad concepts.
  • Assist in pulling reports and compiling performance insights using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and spreadsheets.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all campaign links, UTMs, and tracking parameters are properly implemented.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related role (agency or in-house).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads preferred.
  • Exposure to one or more of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to analyze and interpret data.
  • Some experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager insights, etc.).
