Job Description

We are a dynamic company with an e-commerce business that requires a talented individual to drive affiliate marketing performance.

The successful candidate will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Affiliate campaigns for our e-commerce business. This includes launching, managing, QA, and continuously optimizing performance campaigns emphasizing Affiliate networks and partner platforms.

  • Develop commission structures balancing partner incentives with profitability goals and incremental revenue growth.
  • Analyze partner performance using reporting tools to uncover insights, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage product feed listability for Affiliate networks, ensuring accurate data, up-to-date inventory, and optimal performance for Affiliate shopping placements.
  • Partner with creative and merchandising teams to optimize content for performance and align with seasonal product launches and promotions.
  • Stay ahead of trends in paid media, social commerce, and e-commerce ad tech; recommend new platform tests, ad products, and growth tactics.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in an e-commerce environment.
  • Deep platform expertise across Affiliate networks, platforms, and measurement.
  • Experience with Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video) is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign reporting tools and performance analytics.
  • Proven success managing campaigns to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate goals.
  • Collaborative and communicative team player with strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative edge and a passion for testing, optimizing, and scaling what works.
