Campaign Associate

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Associate to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our Client Management team by ensuring the smooth execution of client service and performance marketing functions.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to account management, digital advertising, and marketing analytics within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, monitoring communications, executing tasks related to campaign and budget management, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and responding to client communications; escalating critical issues as needed
  • Taking detailed call notes, assigning follow-ups, and documenting updates in CRM systems
  • Supporting day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns
  • Extracting, preparing, and monitoring campaign performance data from various platforms
  • Assisting in budget tracking, including vendor allocations and monthly reconciliations
  • Reviewing and helping reconcile invoices prior to client billing
  • Opening and managing internal tickets to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Partnering with client finance and internal stakeholders to support media plan execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required (marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred)
  • Up to 2 years of relevant academic or professional experience
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or media buying
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
  • Familiarity with or interest in using AI tools to improve productivity, problem-solving, or analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently
