We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to oversee critical financial operations across two interconnected businesses.
- Manage and streamline accounts payable processes for both companies
- Audit, verify, and record vendor invoices in QuickBooks
- Coordinate intercompany transactions between mechanical and transport divisions
- Implement and maintain tracking systems for vendor payments
- Collaborate with the service writer to ensure proper documentation
- Reconcile financial records to avoid payment delays
- Develop and document improved financial workflows
- Generate regular accounts payable and vendor reports
- Maintain accurate digital financial records
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience with North American clients, advanced QuickBooks proficiency, and strong knowledge of accounts payable practices. They must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working independently.
