Educational Leadership Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Educational Learning and Quality Teams. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence and performance across various departments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing departmental plans to drive performance aligned with strategic goals.
  • Translating high-level program objectives into actionable plans for the team, including clear performance metrics, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adapting strategies to ensure consistent achievement of program objectives.
  • Providing hands-on leadership and mentorship to the Learning and Quality teams, guiding them through daily tasks, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Fostering a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Partnering with Operations leaders to gather business results and plan actions to manage deviations when required.

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • At least 6 months of experience leading a team.
  • 6 months of experience in adult learning principles and theories, with a proven ability & track record to apply them in the design and delivery of effective training programs and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI principles and their application to quality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions that align with strategic goals.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across different functions and levels, gaining their trust and buy-in for Learning and Quality initiatives.
