Learning Content Developer

This is a mid-senior level full-time marketing role that focuses on developing engaging learning content to enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating impactful educational materials, curriculum design, and instructional design principles. Strong technical skills in Articulate, Adobe Captivate, and Storyboarding are required. Excellent command of the English language is necessary with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality learning modules that cater to diverse learning styles by utilizing instructional design principles and adapting to changing needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create accurate storyboards for instructional materials.
  • Design and implement curriculum that aligns with educational goals and objectives, ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with the content management team to ensure seamless integration of learning materials into web portals.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members in content development processes, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning content, making improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Possess strong technical skills in Articulate, Adobe Captivate, and Storyboarding with a proven track record in learning content development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in curriculum design and instructional design with a focus on creating impactful educational materials.
  • Exhibit excellent command of the English language with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
