Job Summary:

The Quality Analyst Educator supports clinical performance through education and training.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide training to newly onboarded Quality Analysts
  2. Provide real time education and reply to questions from Quality Analysts
  3. Provide training to the Quality Analyst team based on regulatory, IT platform, or deadline changes
  4. Maintains communication and is a liaison with customer hospitals, Clinical Quality offices, and other departments.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of clinical/hospital experience
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience providing training and education
  • Experience in healthcare
  • Experience with medical records data entry and/or review
  • Experience working as part of a team
