As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers via Intercom during the night shift.
This role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently during night hours.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Intercom.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the Teamflect platform.
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their experience.
- A reliable personal computer and stable internet connection.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Exceptional written English skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
