Customer Support Role

We are seeking a professional to provide high-quality support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Design and implement SOPs for support workflows and ticket handling
  • Participate in QA/bug testing and assist with ad-hoc admin tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Neutral English accent and exceptional written English
  • Prior experience in customer support (minimum 2 years)
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort following procedures
