Job Summary

This role involves providing top-notch support to customers through various channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Timely Support: Respond to customer queries efficiently using our communication tools
  • Issue Management: Document and log issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints
  • Guidance: Assist customers in navigating our application flow when needed
  • Cross-Channel Tracking: Monitor customer experiences across online and offline channels using logs, dashboards, and CRM systems
Key Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience handling mortgage account tasks in a loan origination environment
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles within loan or mortgage accounts
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written communication with speed and accuracy
  • Fluency in English with good diction
  • Good organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Experience using customer communication tools, task management tools, Google Drive, and Email
  • Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • A high level of attention to detail due to the financial services nature of this role
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in financial services
