
Executive Support Specialist

This role requires an extremely organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Client job and document management, including uploading and downloading documents from the client portal, filing and organizing documents within client folders.
- Send email notifications to clients and tax preparers as needed.
- New client onboarding, tracking all assigned tasks in the tax dome status dashboard.
- Complete assigned tasks and research clients to gather business information, including statements of information, business licenses, SOS numbers, EINs, DOBs, SSNs, and add new entities to our client software.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects such as tax vouchers, extensions, annual engagement letters, updating jobs and client information in Tax Dome, and entering clients into Lacerte and client folders.
Requirements:
- 1 year of project management experience.
- 3-5+ years of administrative experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field of study.
