
Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Executive Support Professional.

Main Responsibilities:- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement, implement efficient workflows using automation tools, and streamline processes to maximize productivity.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and inform operational improvements.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to propose solutions, drive initiatives, and maintain strong relationships.
- Strategic Scheduling & Travel Management: Oversee executive calendars, prioritize tasks, and coordinate meetings to ensure optimal time management. Coordinate logistics for travel, events, and in-person meetings to ensure seamless experiences and clear communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Documentation & Communication: Create high-quality reports, presentations, and memos that effectively communicate key information.
- Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to support innovation within the team.
- Experience: 3+ years in an EA or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach and confident in managing relationships internally and externally.
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management and productivity platforms like Slack, Loom, Notion, and Asana.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify challenges, generate solutions, and deliver results.
