Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to serve as an Executive Assistant. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales and/or executive assistance, with a proven track record of building relationships and achieving goals. They will be proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and Microsoft Word, and have experience with CRM software and sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments across time zones
  • Handle email correspondence and prioritize messages
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and reports
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business materials
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
  • Manage special projects and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or executive assistance
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Highly motivated and resourceful individual
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
