Customer Support Representative Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns and account concerns.
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide timely support.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
  • Empathetic, patient and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
