Job Description

This role is focused on supporting the e-commerce storefront, ensuring product listings are polished and inventory is managed effectively to contribute to day-to-day success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize Product Listings: Ensure product descriptions are clear and concise for maximum conversion.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues.
  • Customer Reviews: Respond to customer reviews to maintain brand trust and engagement.
  • Visual Content: Update website banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or related role.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
