Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced e-commerce professional to join our team as an E-commerce Specialist. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client's online sales channels on major marketplaces such as Walmart and Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in optimizing product listings, overseeing marketplace operations, conducting keyword research, and implementing SEO best practices to improve product visibility. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize product listings across various online marketplaces.
  • Oversee marketplace operations, including product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and promotions.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility.
  • Monitor marketplace policies and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot marketplace-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, such as Walmart Marketplace and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, compliance, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience with product listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a remote full-time job requiring a deep understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple priorities and working independently.
