Job Summary

EARTH HOMECARE PRODUCTS (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, be able to work independently, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office activities, including maintaining office orderliness, coordinating repairs, and ensuring proper filing of office records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to all departments, handle petty cash funds, prepare payment request forms, and book travel arrangements.
  • Asset Management: Maintain and update databases of company assets, provide support in acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of assets, and handle fleet-related concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree graduate of any course
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in providing administrative support
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in operating office equipment and knowledgeable with office software applications
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
