Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales activities, including data entry, order processing, and document preparation
  • Manage customer relationships, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, representing the company accurately and professionally
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Support general administration duties, including reporting and compliance
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant sales administration experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent organisational skills, including time management and prioritisation
  • Good customer service skills and experience
  • Sound relationship/stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong process orientation
  • A proactive and positive approach, able to work independently and as a team member
