Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Support the Office of the Corporate Secretary in record keeping, logistical preparation for board meetings, and other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
