Collaboration and Digital Transformation Specialist

The Collaboration and Digital Transformation Specialist plays a key role in driving collaboration, data management, and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customise SharePoint Online sites, subsites, lists, libraries, and metadata to meet business requirements for effective information sharing and governance.
  • Develop page layouts, web parts, and workflows to support business processes and improve productivity through automation.
  • Set up secure and user-friendly document libraries, team sites, and communication sites to facilitate information sharing and collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage user permissions, access levels, and content governance to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Integrate Power Automate and Power Apps to automate workflows and streamline operations, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  • Work closely with business units to gather requirements and configure solutions that meet their needs, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Support AI-enabled document retrieval, such as Copilot integration for FAQs and product manuals, to enhance knowledge management and employee experience.
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to SharePoint users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use the platform and drive digital transformation.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in digital technologies.
  • 5 years of proven experience configuring and managing SharePoint Online, with a strong understanding of site structure, lists, libraries, and permissions for effective collaboration and data management.
  • Experience with setting up SharePoint applications, including Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams), to leverage the full potential of digital tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for customisation and development to create engaging and interactive experiences.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team environment to deliver high-quality results.
