Job Title: Support Team Member

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill a support role in our logistics and fleet industry team.

This position requires excellent customer service, relationship management, and lead follow-up skills. Familiarity with CRM systems is highly preferred, as you will be responsible for managing leads, sending timely communications, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and address client inquiries.
  • Relationship Management (CRM): Manage leads by updating statuses, tagging appropriately, and sending email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
  • Communication Follow-Ups: Draft and send timely, professional email responses to clients and leads.
  • Lead Coordination: Track and nurture leads through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Research: Conduct research on vehicles, fleets, and industry-related information to support client needs and business operations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide updates on lead activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or relationship management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools, email automation, and reporting systems.
